insight library.

It all began with an problem. Our team needed a bespoke system that could keep track of our research insights while remaining scalable as the business grows.

Our design process began by exploring the pain points of our process, and taking those findings into a collaborative design sprint.

high fidelity & prototyping

The design sprint involved designers, developers, data analysts, and researchers (all potential users of the product).

Rapid prototypes created during the sprint were then assessed against the project requirements using anonymous dot votes.

Another designer completed the low fidelity designs, and when I returned to the project I was responsible for creating the high fidelity designs and the production of an advanced prototype.

creation of a style guide

Once the prototype had been guerrilla tested around the office, we were confident to move forward creating a style guide.

This was my first experience creating a comprehensive style guide, and I found it very useful to communicate with the developers building the project.
